This is a paid option to have your name engraved on a dance fan or decorative fan.
We can freely order according to your requests. We will create a design proposal and accept changes and revisions, so we recommend this service to those who want to create a personalized fan with attention to detail.
*We only accept text engraving for full custom name engraving. If you would like to add a crest, logo, illustration, etc., please order from the custom design fan .
・We do not accept orders for name engraving only. Please order it when you purchase the fan.
・Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept changes, cancellations, or returns of the ordered items (such as folding fans). Please be sure to check carefully.
・After receiving your order, we will create a design proposal and send it to you (up to 3 proposals in total).

Once the design is finalized, we will ship within 10 business days.
*As this is hand-painted by craftsmen, delivery times may vary depending on the time of order and circumstances. If it takes longer than expected, we will contact you.

How to order a fully custom name engraving
1. Add the dance fan and decorative fan to your cart
*We do not accept orders for name engraving only. Please select the fan you would like to have engraved and add it to your cart.

Select the name placement
Please choose either single-sided (front) or double-sided.
Select font size and number of characters
Please choose your desired font size and number of characters from six options in the font size pull-down menu.

We will create your fan with the optimal balance, taking into consideration the pattern, design and number of characters on the fan surface.

Adding Characters
We can add text in up to three places per side. If you wish to add text, please select "Add text" and select and enter each item.

Process from order to delivery
1. Place your order
Please check the ordering method above and purchase the [Option] Fully Custom Name Engraving along with your favorite fan.
2. Creation and proposal of the first design
We will create a first design proposal based on the pattern, design, color, number of characters, purpose and other requests of the fan you have selected and send you a picture.
3. Customer confirmation
Please review the design proposal and respond with your approval or correction request. (※The font size cannot be changed.)
・We can change the text, name placement, color, font, or design text according to your request. If you provide us with an image, we can create it in the font or design text of your choice.
・If you are unsure of how to order, our craftsmen, who have many years of experience in making personalized fans, will ask you about the situation in which you will use it and the image you want, then make any necessary revisions and make a new proposal.
4. Proposal and creation of revised design
A total of three design proposals will be produced.
5. Customer approval, design finalized
Once the design has been finalized, no changes can be made. Please check carefully.
6. Start of production
